RETURNS

RETURNS in our Pit Bull West Coast Shop

To return an item, please send it to:

Arvato PBWC Sp. z o.o., Kolejowa 150 St., 62-064 Plewiska, Poland.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

If you return an item that was part of a promotional discount, any refund you receive will be reduced by the amount of the promotion.

If you received a bonus item with your order and choose to return a qualifying item(s), you must also return the bonus item. Failure to do so will reduce your refund by the value of the bonus item.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Form.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations: (if applicable)

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@pitbull.store.
